The majority of the proceeds from the sale of these paintings are donated to the Second Chance Scholarship Fund administered by Wake Technical Community College.
The Second Chance Scholarships were established in 2004 by Julian and Elizabeth Clay Bradley to assist non-traditional students over the age of thirty-five enrolled in degree-granting curriculums at Wake Technical Community College for the purposes of training or re-training to prepare for re-entry into the local job market.
These scholarships have been an invaluable tool for addressing Wake Tech's growing adult learner population and have already made the difference in the lives of over twenty students.
If you decide to make a contribution to the Second Chance Scholarship Fund, please make your check payable to the Wake Tech Foundation and include "Second Chance Scholarship" in the memo line. You may also contribute online by clicking here.
Thank you for your considering a donation to the Second Chance Scholarship Fund! If you have further questions about the scholarship, please call Stephanie Lake at (919) 866-5927.
Please contact the artist to discuss options to commission or purchase an acrylic painting, or to order a giclee print. Be sure to ask about a portrait of your pet!
